**Job Role**: - University year 2 and above - Field of study in hotel, tourism, secretary added advantage - Language : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES**: - Responsible on processing order (Quotation, PO, DO, Invoice) - Handle enquiry from Hotel & Restaurant customers etc
Ensure reservation department and Front office staff are constantly aware of availability states open , - Fully knowledgeable about hotel guest
Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed. - Administering check-ins and check-outs. - Providing front desk services to guests. - Assigning
